Meshion Evolution: The Opportunity Mesh

Interconnected digital structures representing the Meshion Opportunity Mesh

Meshion is evolving into an agentic Opportunity Intelligence and Execution platform. It helps organizations find meaningful opportunities, understand which ones deserve attention, and coordinate the right mix of AI, software and people to act on them.

Today, Meshion brings opportunity data, AI enrichment and qualification, durable workflows, connected business systems, approval-controlled execution and outcome tracking into one modular architecture. Marketing Campaigns and the Human Execution Network remain important capabilities within that broader platform.

Opportunity Programs turn objectives into repeatable workflows

Opportunity Programs provide a consistent way to configure discovery-to-outcome workflows for different business goals and industries. Campaigns continue to support Meshion’s established marketing workflows, including social engagement and structured target discovery.

An Opportunity Program defines:

  • what an organization wants to discover;
  • which public or connected sources should be used;
  • how records should be normalized and deduplicated;
  • how opportunities should be qualified and prioritized;
  • which spending limits and approvals apply;
  • how approved opportunities should be routed; and
  • which results and outcomes should be tracked.

This creates a repeatable path from fragmented signals to coordinated action without requiring every industry or workflow to use the same data model.

The Opportunity Mesh

At the center of the new architecture is the Opportunity Mesh: a shared intelligence layer that connects opportunity data, customer context, AI agents, workflows and business systems.

Meshion can preserve source identity and provenance, normalize inconsistent records, identify duplicates, track confidence and missing information, and produce a consistent Opportunity that can move through qualification, approval, execution and outcome tracking.

Programs run through durable, versioned workflows. Provider operations, checkpoints, spending controls and approval gates are recorded so that work can recover safely, remain auditable and avoid duplicate execution or billing.

Introducing the Construction Program and Bid Watch

Construction is Meshion’s first major industry-specific vertical. Construction Bid Watch helps contractors across the United States and Canada discover, normalize and qualify relevant projects and bid opportunities from accessible public sources.

Organizations can configure the Program around their actual operating profile, including:

  • countries, states, provinces, cities and service areas;
  • commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, civil and renovation project types;
  • trades and scopes of work;
  • project-value, freshness and bid-deadline criteria;
  • required concepts, positive signals, alternatives and exclusions; and
  • bonding, insurance, licensing and prequalification requirements when source evidence provides them.

Bid Watch evaluates the complete available context rather than relying on rigid phrase matching. It considers trade and scope compatibility, geography, project value, deadline, stage, customer capabilities, mandatory requirements, source confidence, completeness and freshness.

The resulting Opportunity retains its source URL, external identity, available construction metadata, confidence, qualification explanation and explicit missing or uncertain fields. Meshion does not fabricate project details that are not supported by the source.

Qualified opportunities enter a review queue. A customer can selectively approve the work worth pursuing and route it to a controlled manual action. Meshion does not automatically submit bids or bypass authenticated procurement platforms.

Connected context with HubSpot

The HubSpot connector brings authorized company, contact and deal context into Meshion. This allows Opportunity Programs to use CRM information for enrichment, monitoring and outcome context while keeping synchronized records scoped to the customer’s organization.

HubSpot is a horizontal connector, which means its context can support different Programs and verticals rather than belonging only to construction or marketing. Connector credentials are encrypted, synchronization is durable, and external identities prevent the same CRM record from being imported repeatedly.

A HubSpot record does not automatically become a Meshion Opportunity. Programs and qualification policies determine when connected context should contribute to an opportunity workflow.

AI-first, with controlled execution

Meshion uses AI and deterministic rules to enrich, classify, qualify and prioritize opportunities. Agentic workflows coordinate that intelligence with connected tools, budgets, permissions and approval policies.

Execution is configurable. Depending on the Program and authorization, an approved Opportunity may be routed to:

  • an AI-assisted workflow;
  • an authorized business system;
  • a customer’s own team;
  • a manual customer action; or
  • Meshion’s Human Execution Network when authentic human judgment or real-world participation is required.

Human execution remains a specialized module, not a requirement for every workflow. Existing tasks, submissions, proof, reviews, earnings and payouts continue through the established Human Execution system.

What comes next

The modular architecture creates a foundation for additional Opportunity Programs, vertical intelligence and authorized connectors without creating separate systems for identity, billing, credits, approvals or execution.

For construction, future work includes pursuing documented commercial access to ConstructConnect and customer-authorized integration paths for BuildingConnected. Procore, UDA ConstructionOnline and ComputerEase are also being evaluated for future project, operational and outcome context. These integrations depend on approved API access and commercial data-use terms; Meshion will not use undocumented endpoints or scrape authenticated systems.

Across the platform, we are continuing to expand connected sources, qualification controls, outcome intelligence and the ways authorized AI agents can work with Meshion through REST APIs and MCP tools.

The direction is clear: Meshion is becoming the operating system for Opportunity Intelligence and Execution, connecting opportunity data, AI agents, business systems and people in one coordinated platform.
